When will my item ship?
Your item will ship as soon as possible. Once your payment cleared, the order moves to our warehouse where it's fulfilled and rushed to you via UPS or FedEx 2nd Day shipping.
Because Alli has just been released, there is a very high demand and there MAY be a backlog of orders. In order to receive the product, however, you MUST place an order. It's basically a first-come, first-serve policy with this product.
From our experience so far, "backordered" products usually ship 2-3 days after the order is placed.
If you order it while backordered and find it elsewhere, please let us know and we will immediately refund your money.

How is the product shipped?
We purchase the product in bulk to give you a competitive price, but we outsource the storage and shipping of the product through a nationally-known online retailer. What does that mean? We own the product, but we pay them for the warehouse space and to ship it on our behalf.
The product is shipped via either FedEx or UPS second day. For an additional $7, it can be shipped overnight, but please keep in mind handling time.
